Michelia Fairy Magnolia Cream
Bred in NZ by Mark Jury this beautiful small tree is easy to grow in sun or part shade. Pure cream flowers with a wonderful fresh fragrance appear for a long period during spring. Bright green fresh foliage looks good all year round. Can be clipped too if you wish to use for hedging. Evergreen. PVR.
Michelia Fairy Magnolia Blush
Bred by in NZ by Mark Jury. A beautiful, easy to grow Michelia with dainty spring flowers which are delightfully fragrant and coloured an unusual lilac pink. The dark green foliage always looks good and is disease resistant. Happy in the sun or part shade. Evergreen.
Cordyline Can Can
Cabbage Tree Hybrid. Clump forming cultivar with fabulous foliage that has a arching habit. The strap like leaves emerge in tones of pink and red maturing to a mix of cream and green. Great for group planting or as a stunning one off container specimen. Hardy and easy to grow. Evergreen. PVR.
Camellia Sir Victor Davies
Japonica. A beautiful formal double Camellia with blooms that are tones of smokey reddish purple, hard to describe but lovely to look at. Lush rich green foliage and an upright habit. Bred in NZ by Les Jury and named to honor one of our most prominent and respected nurserymen. Evergreen.
Zephyranthes Sp
Autumn Crocus with delightful white crocus like flowers in the autumn. Attractive grass like glossy green foliage, not dissimilar to tall mondo grass. They are excellent in rockeries or borders. H.30cm.
Hydrangea Paniculata Limelight
An award winning Hydrangea with large conical flower heads that put on a magnificent display in summer-autumn. The flowers open to a fresh shade of chartreuse, then gradually turn cream and finally become a deep smoky shade of pink. Best in humus rich soil, sun or part shade. Deciduous.
Buxus Macrophylla
This form of Box has a larger leaf than many other varieties hence the name macro = large and phylla = leaf. The glossy green foliage looks good all year round and is particularly attractive in spring. Easy to grow in sun or part shade. Clips well, Evergreen.
Cape Gooseberry
An old-fashioned favourite that is popular for jams and preserves. The inconspicuous flowers are followed by delicious berries enclosed in papery husks. Harvest when the husks are coloured light brown. Needs a sunny, sheltered position. Frost tender, perennial.
