Organic Supplements (from Fruit Trees)

We have a double Blackboy/Snow Queen that doesn’t seem to be performing for us this year. Last year the fruit was fabulous and firm. Can you recommend any organic (natural not chemical) products that might give it a boost ? While we know we cannot avoid chemicals entirely in today’s gardening world, we do always try to use them in moderation.
