Espalier. This extremely juicy and deliciously sweet heritage pear ripens in late January. Originating from Belgium it is valued for its high yield of fruit and the fact that it is self pollinating. Pale gold skin and white flesh that just melts in your mouth. Suitable for smaller gardens. Deciduous.
