Picture of Feijoa Marion

A must-have Feijoa as, not only is it frost hardy, but it is self fertile as well. Mind you, it will no doubt produce better if planted with some company. Smooth skinned fruit with a mild flavour. Quite vigorous and eventually forms a large shrub. Evergreen.

Though Feijoas are tough and tolerant it is important that they do not suffer drought when the fruit is developing. You will know your Feijoas are ready for eating when they start dropping to the ground.
